Service Plans: Three Service Modalities
To make hiring easier, our services can be managed under three modalities. The final price is determined once the particular details of each matter are known.
Our service plans always separate professional fees from the official costs and fees of the procedure, so you know exactly what each charge covers. Every one of our service plans is explained in full before any work begins, with no hidden charges or surprises during the process.
Service plans: choose the modality that fits your case
Each matter is analyzed individually to determine the applicable modality.
Document Management
For simple document requests, such as obtaining certain certified certificates.
Applies, for example, when you already know the exact certificate or document you need and no further investigation is required.
Legal & Government Procedures
For procedures that require document review, preparation, follow-up, and coordination with authorities or professionals in Mexico.
Applies to most of our services: birth certificate corrections, certified records, and procedures that require direct coordination with a Mexican authority.
Investigation & Legal Coordination
For matters requiring more detailed investigation, document analysis, asset investigation, or specialized legal coordination.
Applies to contested divorces and asset investigations that require analysis of multiple sources or coordination with different authorities.
The final price depends on your particular case
The final price is determined once the particular details of each matter are known. In the service proposal you will receive the scope of work, professional fees, estimated official costs, required documentation, estimated time, and service conditions.
- Scope of work defined in writing
- Professional fees, kept separate from official costs
- Required documentation and estimated timeline
- Clear service conditions from the start
Frequently asked questions about fees and modalities
Can I know the cost before hiring?
Yes. Before starting any process you will receive a written proposal with the scope of work, the professional fees, and an estimate of the official costs of the procedure, kept separate.
Which modality applies to me if I’m not sure?
During the initial review of your case we let you know which of the three modalities applies, based on the complexity of the procedure; you do not need to choose it yourself in advance.
Are official costs included in the fees?
No. Professional fees cover our work; the costs and fees charged by authorities, registries, or notaries in Mexico are presented separately and estimated in the proposal.
Can I change modality if the case gets more complex?
Yes. If the process requires more investigation or coordination than expected, we let you know before continuing and adjust the proposal.
