Frequently asked questions about contacting us
Does the first consultation cost anything?
No. The initial review of your case has no cost, and it lets us tell you which documents you will need to gather before quoting the service.
What language can I write to you in?
You can write to us in English or Spanish, either on WhatsApp or by email; we serve clients in both languages.
What happens after you contact us
When you write to us by WhatsApp or email, our first reply includes an initial review of your case: we let you know which type of procedure applies to your situation, which documents you will need to gather, and how your case file will be organized from that point forward. This first contact follows the same service model we apply to every one of our legal and document services in Mexico: initial consultation, document review, quote, management before Mexican authorities, and follow-up through delivery.
If your case involves a birth certificate correction, a divorce proceeding, certified civil records, or an asset and property investigation, we will let you know in that first reply along with a preliminary quote. You do not need to know the exact name of the procedure beforehand — simply describe your situation in your first message and we will guide you from there.
